Q1. Can I use BodyPose with other camera brands (e.g., RealSense, Orbbec, Kinect)?

A: Body Pose SDK v7.2.1 only supports LIPSedge™ AE series / T series / DL / S315 depth cameras. Please refer to the “Compatible Cameras” section on the product page. If you are using cameras from other brands, please refer to Body Pose SDK v5.0.1.

A: Runtime licenses are not bound to computers or developer accounts, only to camera serial numbers.
Pricing on our website reflects the standard rate. If you have large-scale deployment, feel free to contact us for further assistance.

A: Yes. Your purchase includes one year of free minor updates within the same generation (e.g., V7.x.x if you purchased V7). Upgrades to a new generation (e.g., V8) are not included. After the first year, you may choose to purchase an annual upgrade plan to continue receiving minor updates for the same generation:

  • Standard: USD 49 / year
  • Professional: USD 79 / year

Each upgrade purchase also includes one year of continuous minor updates for the same generation.

A: It depends on two scenarios.

1.Changing PC/Laptop:

Runtime is not bound to a computer UUID and remains valid.

2.Changing Camera:
Runtime is bound to the camera S/N.
Replacing a camera requires purchasing a new Runtime license.

A: Body Pose V7.2.1 includes Standard and Professional editions:

  • Standard Edition supports full-body skeletal tracking with two selectable modes:
    • Lite Mode: 18 joints
    • Full Mode: 32 joints

Developers may choose the mode based on their application needs.

  • Professional Edition includes everything in the Standard Edition and adds 40 high-precision hand joints (20 per hand).
    When combined, the system can track up to 72 total joints.
