Welcome to the LIPS Co-marketing Partner Brand Guidelines.
This document provides clear, compliant guidance to help all co-marketing partners align with LIPS’ brand identity, ensuring a consistent representation of our corporate value proposition and brand positioning across all marketing assets and exhibition content.
These guidelines apply to all partners engaging in joint marketing or co-exhibition activities with LIPS, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), System Integrators (SIs), Solution Providers, Distributors, and Service Delivery Partners.
Maintaining Brand Consistency: Partners are responsible for adhering to LIPS trademark usage guidelines and meeting minimum brand compliance requirements (including naming conventions, brand visuals, and copy presentation).
Review & Approval Process: Any marketing content or exhibition material mentioning LIPS must be integrated into a joint activity plan developed with the LIPS marketing team. All materials must undergo a comprehensive review and receive final approval from LIPS marketing leadership before public release or physical production.
Authorization Restrictions: Without prior written consent or explicit authorization from LIPS, partners may not modify, alter, or extend any trademarks, trade names, logos, written descriptions, or graphic assets specified in this manual.
When referencing LIPS as a corporate entity in marketing materials, the following rules for first and subsequent mentions must be strictly followed to maintain a consistent international brand image:
Whether for partner press releases, co-marketing webpages, or on-site exhibition descriptions, the following standard copy must be used uniformly when a corporate description of LIPS is required:
“LIPS is a Robotic Vision Platform & Edge AI Solutions Provider.”
When promoting solutions integrated with LIPS technologies, partners must provide proper brand attribution.
No De-branding: Partners must not omit the LIPS brand name in promotional materials or ambiguously package LIPS technologies as their own independent intellectual property.
No Improper Mixing: Unless the product line is deeply co-branded and has received explicit written permission, partners must not directly incorporate LIPS product names (e.g., LIPSedge™) into their own trademarks, logos, or company names.
When launching hardware or software systems powered by LIPS 3D depth cameras, naming conventions should refer to the following guidelines:
Scenario 1: A partner system integrates a LIPSedge™ 3D depth camera
✅ Acceptable: [XXX] Smart AMR System (Powered by LIPSedge™ 3D Depth Camera) or [XXX] Powered by LIPSedge™
❌ Not Acceptable: [XXX] 3D Depth Camera (omits LIPS brand) or [XXX]-edge T235 System (improper mixing of terms)
Scenario 2: A partner application utilizes LIPSense™ intelligent sensing technology
✅ Acceptable: LIPSense™ 3D Body Pose Solution applied in [XXX] Healthcare System
❌ Not Acceptable: [XXX] 3D Body Pose System (fails to provide proper compliance labeling for the underlying LIPS core technology)
All external labels, backdrops, presentations, and flyers must include the ™ symbol upon the first mention of the following core products, and strictly adhere to capitalization rules:
Product Naming | 中文名稱 |
LIPSedge™ 3D Depth Cameras | LIPSedge™ 3D深度相機 |
LIPSense™ Intelligent Sensing Solutions | LIPSense™ 智慧感知解決方案 |
LIPSMetric™ Smart Dimensioning Solutions | LIPSMetric™ 智慧量測解決方案 |
LIPSolution™ Robotic Automation Solutions | LIPSolution™ 機器人自動化解決方案 |
LIPSView™ (新品) | LIPSView™ (新品) |

To accommodate diverse corporate objectives and joint marketing strategies across various exhibition environments, LIPS utilizes a flexible visual identity framework. Wherever possible, product lines, solutions, and core technologies should be presented in text format combined with the official LIPS logo.
The official LIPS logo, comprising the fixed Shutter Symbol and Word mark, must never be altered and should be deployed in either its preferred vertical or constrained horizontal orientation while ensuring the “Sense The World” slogan remains clearly legible when included.
To maintain visual alignment across all co-marketing platforms, the LIPS identity must be rendered according to the following production standards:
Contrast & Legibility: Always select the logo configuration that delivers the highest visual contrast against your background canvas.
Digital Applications: Apply the exact official RGB or HEX color values for all digital displays, web assets, and online collateral.
Print Production: Implement the designated CMYK profile for standard large-format printing, and Pantone (PMS 23700) for offset printing or specialized booth fabrication.
Technical Support: For printing approval or asset production inquiries, contact the LIPS Marketing Team.
To guarantee maximum legibility and brand impact, the LIPS logo must always maintain a mandatory unobstructed isolation zone. This boundary ensures that the Shutter Symbol and Word mark remain instantly recognizable and are never visually crowded by surrounding typography, headlines, background graphics, or adjacent partner emblems.
Adhere to strict dimension limits in restricted layouts to keep the Shutter Symbol and Word mark fully legible
To ensure brand integrity, utilize only the current official LIPS logo featured in this guide and permanently purge all deprecated legacy versions from your asset libraries.
Co-Branding Rules: The following guidance outlines approved dual-logo lockups and joint branding configurations with partner marks.
Inquiries: For questions or layout alignment issues, please contact your LIPS marketing representative.
If activity is an equal co-branding partnership, be sure to balance the overall size, spacing, and readability of the LIPS logo with all other company logos to give “equal billing” to all companies.

When co-branding more than two logos, don’t use the divider line.
Instead, use the “Shutter Symbol mark” height to define clear space between logos.
Do not use less clear space than specified.
Do not use the wrong logo orientation when co-branding logos.
Guidelines on applying LIPS brand elements across event layouts, social channels, and public announcements via our standard collaboration workflow.
Review Workflow: All LIPS asset implementations—including booth graphics, physical signage, and product displays—must clear the Material Review and Booth Mockup Review phases before physical production.
Co-branding Placement: Layouts placing a partner mark adjacent to the LIPS logo must be verified during the Booth Mockup Review to ensure correct visual hierarchy and clear space.
Demonstrations & Media: On-site live demos, digital presentation videos, and hardware configurations must align with the parameters agreed upon in the LIPS Co-marketing Event Alignment Form.
Authorized Kits: Pre-packaged promotional kits provided directly by LIPS may be published on partner channels as-is without requiring extra verification.
Custom Copy: Any tailored text or custom social announcements referencing LIPS technologies must undergo a Material Review before being published.
Platform Tags: Cross-publishing and account tagging (specifically for platforms like LinkedIn) should be synchronized per the final Review Checklist.
Media Review: Joint press releases, corporate blogs, or official news announcements referencing LIPS Corporation or its core product lines must be submitted for Material Review prior to public distribution.
Text Consistency: All public relation copy must strictly match the official company nomenclature, brand positioning, and capitalization rules defined in this guide.
